I first ordered at ECO by telephone with a pleasant lady, gave all information and credit card information. about one week later callback to determine the approximate date of arrival. I was informed there no order placed in the system at that time. IU attempted to replace the order and found it was way too much trouble to place. I went ahead and placed the order online with Relyonwater.com. I received the order within five days and couldn't have been happier.
