This is the first time I had to buy water filters for RO system. I received the filters within two days after placing the order. The filters and membrane replace for RO system was very easy to remove and replace with new ones. Overall, I really like their products except the total cost of getting the membrane with two pre/posts filters are more expensive than other RO system that I purchased from Costco. I hope the company can lower the price of the part replacements so that it is bit more affordable for filter water.
